This ancient face is a 12th century greenman from a cathedral in Bauffremont, France-he's my own interpretation in pencil of this mysterious being, with leaves sprouting from his mouth and sad, wise eyes.
Print, black and white on laid paper, 8-1/4" x 11", matted.
